The Therapy Program Manager at Ovation Rehabilitation Services is a full-time, on-site role located in Clinton Township, MI. The manager will oversee the daily operations of therapy programs, coordinate therapy services, and manage a team of skilled clinicians to optimize patient care. Additionally, the individual will develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support staff development, and monitor program performance to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Strong leadership and management skills to provide guidance to therapy staff and oversee program operations
- In-depth knowledge of therapy services, patient care protocols, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and interact with patients and families
- Ability to analyze data, monitor program performance, and implement strategies for quality improvement
- Proficiency in therapy-related software and tools, and familiarity with industry standards and practices
- Valid license or certification in physical, occupational, or speech therapy as required by state regulations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field
- Prior experience in a leadership role within rehabilitation or therapy services is preferred
