Ovation Law Firm is a respected legal practice focused on Lemon Law and Personal Injury. As our team continues to grow, we’re hiring a Sales Training Manager to lead onboarding, coach sales performance, and help our intake agents deliver their best on every call.
This role is ideal for someone who loves coaching, understands phone-based sales, and can build training systems that drive results. You’ll play a hands-on role in developing new talent and helping experienced reps sharpen their skills.
What You’ll Do
- Lead effective, engaging new hire training that sets the tone for success
- Review live and recorded sales calls daily, providing actionable feedback
- Create and update training materials, talk tracks, and roleplay exercises
- Run ongoing workshops and coaching sessions focused on conversion, compliance, and communication
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and build targeted improvement plans
- Use performance data to evaluate training effectiveness and refine strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in sales training, coaching, or team management
- Strong knowledge of phone-based or call center sales
- Proven track record of improving team performance through structured coaching
- Clear, confident communication and strong leadership presence
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and personalities
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
