Hospice Aide

Job Overview

The hospice aide provides personal care under the direction of a registered nurse.

  • Document care provided according to organization policy.
  • Report any deviations from the Plan of Care to the Case Manager.

Foster cooperative effort among personnel by understanding the functions of other persons involved in patient care and participating in team and staff conferences.

Requirements

  • Hold Active CNA License in the state of Utah.
  • One year experience as a CNA, hospice aide or home health aide.

Salary : $35,000 - $42,000
