The Role
We’re seeking a responsible, energetic, and wellness-curious individual to manage daily operations of our Mueller studio. As Studio Manager, you will be the face of Oval Bio—ensuring every client session runs smoothly, maintaining studio standards, and supporting client education. You’ll also have the chance to get hands-on experience in marketing, community building, and content creation if you're interested in growing in those areas.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients; explain session protocols and MAP Pod benefits
- Manage appointment calendar and ensure smooth session transitions
- Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment setup, and supplies
- Track customer feedback and relay insights to the leadership team
- Monitor inventory, assist with minor technical issues or maintenance coordination
- Support marketing efforts including social content capture, local event outreach, and brand ambassadorship
- Be a key voice in creating a welcoming, forward-thinking community space
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent people skills and a positive, welcoming attitude
- Interest in wellness, fitness, biohacking, or longevity science (experience a plus but not required)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as needed
