Position Overview

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strong analytical skills to design interfaces that enhance usability and engagement across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, and responsive design.
• Experience with user research, persona development, and usability testing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff.
