Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided lists
- Identify motivated sellers and qualify leads
- Record call notes and update CRM
- Set appointments for acquisitions/agents
- Follow up with leads when needed
- Assist with basic admin tasks (data entry, list management, scheduling)
Requirements:
- Clear English communication
- Comfortable making high-volume calls
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (CRM, spreadsheets)
- Real estate or sales experience not required
