Job Title: Oncology RN
Assignment Length: 13 weeks with possible extension
Location: State College, PA
Shift: Day Shift, M-F, No Weekends or Holidays
Pay Rate: $64/hour
Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients following established standards, practices and healthcare techniques. Demonstrate competence in making professional judgments pertaining to patient care. Assist providers in patient care and education. Actively participates as a member of the healthcare team to engage patients, families, and caregivers in the coordination of patient care.
- Perform other job duties as needed or assigned by the client.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- One year nursing experience
- Must have at least 1 year oncology experience.
- Must have either bio/chemo or fundamentals course from ONS.
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification from AHA
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $64.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
