The expected starting pay range for this position is $60,000- $65,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.

The position also manages timelines and workflows and project manages cross-functional milestones that are critical to delivering a seamless, trustworthy customer experience across channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of Made to Order (MTO) CGI imagery for the West Elm brand, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
- Project manage cross-functional deadlines related to CGI imagery for Merchandising, Product Development, Design, and eCommerce.
- Align cross-functionally on priorities, timelines, and asset readiness for seasonal launches.
- Coordinate and communicate prioritization of new and revised imagery, proactively tracking status, surfacing risks, and resolving open issues.
- Validate all CGI assets to ensure accurate product representation, including fabric rendering, texture, color accuracy, and design details.
- Oversee the ingestion and organization of imagery within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) library, maintaining version control.
- Review feedback from customers and internal teams, assess callouts, and manage the update process to ensure issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly.
- Maintain seasonal launch calendars, drive team cadence, and ensure all imagery milestones are met on schedule.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for MTO imagery, supporting teams with guidance on standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Conduct routine audits to uphold image quality and data integrity, escalating discrepancies as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve seasonal drape import and export errors to ensure accurate image rendering across platforms.
- Create and manage work orders for Room Planner and Sectional Configurator assets, ensuring all configurations deliver a complete and seamless customer experience.

- 3 years of experience in an operational role ideally in eCommerce, Merchandising, or other Retail function
- Strong business acumen, technical skills , and attention to detail
- Comfortable with large sets of data
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Experience with cross functional collaboration
- College degree preferred
- This role requires being onsite in the Dumbo Brooklyn office
