What are the responsibilities and job description for the Law Clerk - Summer 2023 position at Outten & Golden?
Outten & Golden is accepting applications for law clerks to work with our New York, NY office in summer 2023. The law clerks will work primarily on class, collective, and representative actions challenging wage theft, misclassification of workers, and systemic discrimination in employment and other areas. The law clerks may also work on individual representation and litigation. Compensation is $30/hour. Summer law clerks work full time (approximately 40 hours per week).
