Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Appliance Delivery Technicians (Drivers) and Driver Helpers to join our growing team. In this role, you will work in a two-person team to safely transport, deliver, and install household kitchen and laundry appliances directly into customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Safe Transport: Load, unload, and secure appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers) into delivery trucks using proper equipment like dollies, straps, and ramps.
- Professional Installation: Install laundry and kitchen appliances according to manufacturer specifications. This includes leveling units, connecting water lines, attaching drain hoses, and setting up electrical cords or vents.
- Property Protection: Use floor runners, door jamb protectors, and moving blankets to ensure no damage occurs to the customer’s home.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, explain appliance operation briefly if needed, and collect delivery signatures and photos using a company smartphone or tablet.
- Teamwork: Work seamlessly in a two-man crew to complete daily routes efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in professional home appliance delivery and installation (strongly preferred for helpers, required for lead technicians/drivers).
- Background & Screening: Must have a clean background check and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy objects (frequently 100 lbs) with mechanical assistance and a partner throughout the day.
- Driver Specifics (For Technicians): Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid Driver's License, and maintain a clean motor vehicle record (MVR). A DOT medical card is a major plus.
