This is a senior leadership role with full operational and financial responsibility for service quality, client relationships, and performance across garden care, enhancement, and irrigation services.
This position is ideal for a leader who understands that beautiful gardens and strong margins must coexist — and that leadership happens in the field as well as the office, with presence on client properties as a core expectation.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversight of high-end residential garden care programs
- Leadership of enhancement services, including seasonal color and garden installations
- Oversight of irrigation service and maintenance operations

- Teams that operate with clarity, ownership, and accountability
- Consistent division-level leadership that keeps operations running smoothly
Who This Role Is For
- A leader with experience in high-end residential garden services
