Outside Unlimited has an immediate opportunity for a Fertilization Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be on the front line of our business, providing best-in-class Lawn Care Fertilization Services to our customers.
Responsibilities of the Fertilization Technician
· Fertilizer application, herbicides, and pesticides using cutting-edge methods.
· Conduct thorough inspections of lawns, diagnosing issues, and providing insightful education to customers
· Safely operate lawn application equipment
· Provide exceptional customer service by focusing on the details and communicating issues to the manager

Qualifications for the Fertilization Technician:
· State applicators license is required. The more experience you have the more you will make! We will pay for your training and will assist you in obtaining a state applicators license if you don’t currently have one. License is preferred.
Requirements:
· Must have or be willing and able to secure a state applicators license.
· Self-motivated, team player with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with snow and ice management a plus and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
- Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain) required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a BACKGROUND check and DRUG screen prior to employment.
Rate of Pay:

Schedule:
