What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew and Foreman Wanted! position at Outside Unlimited/Conserva Irrigation?
Outside Unlimited is a large commercial landscape and snow removal company located in Concord, New Hampshire that is actively seeking Lawn Maintenance Crew Members and A Top notch Landscape Foreman free of a criminal history to join our TEAM!
As part of our Landscape team you will be responsible for:
- Performing Lawn & Landscape Maintenance at our commercial properties
- Experience using Exmark zero radius commercial mowers or similar equipment
- Experience using string trimmers, blowers and other small engine equipment
- Ability to take direction from Crew Leader and communicate effectively with other crew members
- Landscape Foreman will be required to have 3-5 years of solid Landscaping and supervision experience managing a team of landscape professionals. Commercial property management experience a plus!
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Takes pride in work and has a very keen eye on the details
- Previous landscape experience desired but not required
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 50lbs
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Concord, NH
- This position requires the SATISFACTORY completion of a criminal background and DMV check report job offer upon the receipt of a job offer. Pay Range $21 to $30 per hour DOE.
- Please note that the higher hourly rate is reserved for well qualified Landscape Foreman with a clean criminal history and DMV record.

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
