About the Role
We are currently seeking a Landscape Designer/Project Manager to join our all-star team. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives in both design and management, with the opportunity to contribute creatively while leading projects from concept through completion.
While we welcome strong talent at all levels, a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a design-oriented landscape architecture or architecture firm is required.

Project Management Skills:
· Draft proposals and RFP Responses
· Manage project timelines and project budget
· Contract administration and consultant coordination
· Solicit and analyze bids
· Maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipal staff
· Maintain office standards producing high quality graphics, construction documents, and planting plans
· Understanding of Code compliance and jurisdictional requirements
· Lead/support design and documentation of residential, resort, and commercial projects
· Present ideas internally and externally with professionalism and clarity
Technical Skills Required:
- AutoCAD, LandFX
- Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign
- Hand Sketching, 3-D modeling
- Outlook, Excell, Word
- Procore
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or equivalent relevant education/experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a design firm
- Knowledge of Florida Plants and Planting Techniques
- Additional desired qualifications: Registered Landscape Architect
