What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader position at Outside In LLC?
Our Team Lead position is responsible for providing effective leadership and day to day oversight within a residential cabin setting working with at-risk youth. This position will lead and support a team of residential staff, promote high standards of care and ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered too on a daily basis.
Outside In offers am activity intense atmosphere with plenty of wilderness and outdoor activities for youth and staff. If you are someone who enjoys being outside and staying active, we have a position for you. Multiple outdoor trails, athletic fields, weight rooms, basketball courts, and even an indoor rock-climbing wall are available to use! We provide paid training, meals during your shift, and a great starting pay rate. Team Leads stay in the same cabins as the Youth they supervise.

Requirements:
· This position will involve working 12-16 hour shifts (further details provided during the interview process), expectation is 54-59 hours per week.
· Minimum of 21 years of age
· Ability to pass a PA State Criminal Check (ACT 34)
· Ability to pass a PA Child Abuse Clearance (ACT 33)
· Ability to pass a FBI Clearance (ACT 114)
· Clean National Sex Offender Registry Report
· Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Pass a physical and drug screening
· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· Provide a structured environment by holding students accountable to program expectations
