• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
• Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items to enhance their shopping experience.
• Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds; bilingual abilities are a plus!
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to analyze sales performance and inventory management effectively.
