Subcontractor/Laborer

OUTSIDE HOME SERVICE LLC is a premier exterior property preservation and renovation firm operating in Central Ohio. We have a consistent, year-round pipeline of residential and commercial projects. We are currently expanding our network and seeking experienced, fully insured, and reliable Subcontractor Crews (1099) for immediate and ongoing work.We are looking for professional crews specializing in:

• Roofing: Full tear-offs, shingle installations, and repairs.
• Siding: Vinyl, fiber cement (Hardie), and exterior trim work.
• Gutters: 5-inch and 6-inch seamless gutter installations and guard placements.
• Windows: Residential window replacements and retrofitting.

Requirements for Subcontractors:

• Must have an established, experienced crew with your own truck, tools, and ladders.
• Must possess active General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation (BWC) coverage.
• Must have a registered business entity (LLC or Sole Proprietorship) with a valid Federal Tax ID (EIN).
• Strict adherence to job site safety protocols, including appropriate professional work attire (Safety gear, boots, and harnesses).
• High attention to detail, job site cleanliness (complete daily cleanup), and reliability.
