Role Description The Outside Brands - Retail Key Holder/Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hilton Head Island, SC. This role is responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining store security, and ensuring retail operations run smoothly during assigned shifts. Day-to-day tasks include engaging guests, providing knowledgeable product recommendations, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment. The Key Holder/Associate supports inventory management, restocking, and merchandising, while promoting a welcoming atmosphere aligned with Outside Brands’ focus on outdoor adventure and community. This role also assists with training new team members and upholding store policies and service standards.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to create a welcoming, helpful environment for all guests.
- Retail Sales and Communication skills to effectively present products, handle transactions, and interact with a diverse customer base.
- Solid Product Knowledge, with the ability to learn and communicate features and benefits of outdoor and lifestyle merchandise.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience, preferably in outdoor, sporting goods, or lifestyle brands.
- Reliability in key holder responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Team-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in retail, sales, or outdoor recreation is a plus.
