What are the responsibilities and job description for the Web Designer position at OutScout?
We’re partnering with a leading creator commerce platform powering over $10B in creator earnings for over 70k users, who are currently valued at $2B . Their all-in-one toolkit helps entrepreneurs build, market, and sell courses, communities, and coaching without third-party marketplaces.
They’re in the process of scaling out the marketing team and are looking for a Web Designer to act as a key member to turn pod campaigns into web experiences for conversion. This role blends visual design, UX, and front-end execution to produce polished, on-brand marketing websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build marketing web pages, landing pages, and promotional assets that elevate the brand and improve conversion.
- Translate creative direction, product messaging, and campaign objectives into clean, engaging web experiences.
- Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to support launches, experiments, and A/B tests.
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize pages for clarity, speed, accessibility, and user engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing web design, UI/UX work, and high-quality visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern web design tools; experience executing in Webflow, WordPress, or comparable CMS platforms.
- Understanding of responsive design, layout, typography, and conversion-focused UX.
This will be a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in Newport Beach, CA.
