We’re partnering with a high-growth, enterprise IoT organization in the Public Safety tech space to lead and scale a critical function during a period of continued global expansion.
This company delivers a widely adopted product suite with a multi-billion-dollar valuation and a strong international footprint. They are continuing to invest heavily in both product innovation and organizational scale, and this role will sit at the center of that growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across SG&A and executive hiring, partnering directly with C-level stakeholders, HR, and business leaders
- Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team while owning end-to-end portfolio health
- Help drive automation and operational efficiency across the recruiting lifecycle, while building scalable playbooks for leadership hiring, confidential searches, and new market expansion
Qualifications:
- 8 years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience
- Experience managing managers and scaling recruiting teams in high-growth environments
- Strong partnership with C-level stakeholders and executive teams
- Deep expertise in recruiting operations, funnel analytics, and workforce planning
