Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently while handling cash or credit card payments securely.
- Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management skills, ensuring prompt service during busy hours.
- Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions when needed, supporting food handling and serving duties in various settings including nightclubs or fine dining environments.
- Uphold all food safety protocols, including proper food handling practices, to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Skills
