Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Revenue Manager, based in Honolulu, HI. The Senior Revenue Manager will oversee revenue management strategies across multiple properties to maximize revenue and profitability. Key responsibilities include monitoring rates, forecasts, and market trends, making data-driven pricing recommendations, overseeing analytics reports, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring optimal inventory management. The manager will also mentor and support junior team members while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revenue Management, Pricing Strategies, and Inventory Optimization
- Strong Analytical, Data Interpretation, and Decision-Making Skills
- Experience with Hospitality Systems, Forecasting Tools, and Revenue Analytics Platforms
- Knowledge of Market Trends, Competitive Analysis, and Sales Collaboration
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Team Management Abilities
- Ability to work in an on-site environment in Honolulu, HI
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with international hotel portfolios and multi-branded properties is a plus
