Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assist in directing all phases of guest relations related to the Front Office staff in conjunction with any guidance from the Front Office Manager. Responsible for assisting in staff development and oversee all operations of the Front Desk, PBX and Night Audit shifts to ensure exceptional guest service experience. Supports and implements policies and procedures for the staff set forth by management. Maintains open communication with the Front Office Manager, Operations Team, host, guests, owners and resolves issues and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction and staff morale. Performs various administrative duties as assigned or as needed; coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Assist in overseeing disciplinary action, interviewing new hires and/or transfers, staff development, training and other needs that may be requested by department heads.
Minimum Requirements
Four (4) years previous experience in a public contact position, as well as supervisory experience is required. College degree within the Travel Industry Management area can be substituted for previous work experience.

Base pay starts at $58,000 - 63,800 with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
