Role Description
Outrig is seeking a motivated Service Technician for a full-time, on-site position at our Longmont, CO location. The Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure operational excellence in field services, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is integral to maintaining the quality and satisfaction that our customers expect. Daily responsibilities will include inspecting, repairing, and ensuring RVs and other assets are in excellent condition.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance and Repair, with hands-on experience servicing RVs or similar equipment
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues effectively
- Experience in on-site Field Service operations and an ability to adapt to varying work environments
- Outstanding Customer Service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving
- Other beneficial qualifications include a valid driver’s license, familiarity with RV systems, and basic computer skills
