Outreach PT, OT and SLP is one of the leaders of in home out patient physical, occupational and speech services in New York and New Jersey. Qualifications of Physical Therapist:
- In Home - Masters degree a minimum requirement
- 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.
- Home care experience a plus.

Responsibilities of Physical Therapist:
- We assess patients home environments for safety and environmental barriers
- provide fall risk assessments
- address physical underlying impairments and how it affects overall function
- ambulatory aid and adaptive equipment training
- education to patient and caregiver regarding compensatory strategies and or a Home exercise program
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $89,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
