What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Peer Support Specialist position at Outreach Management Services?
**Applicants must be a NC Certified Peer Support Specialist**
As a member of the TMS team, you will share a caseload, be responsible for providing direct care to individuals in need of mental health or substance use treatment, including 24/7 crisis management, intensive case management, substance abuse intervention, skills training, and other rehabilitative supports for consumers. Consulting with identified medical and non-medical providers, coordinating treatment services and engaging community and natural supports. Support wellness management strategies which includes delivered manualized interventions such as, Wellness Recovery Action Planning or Illness Management and Recovery. Weekly team meetings in office.
This position works closely with consumers in the community and consumer homes. No gas reimbursement.

$19.00-$24.00 an hour depending on experience
