Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. This key role will be responsible for guiding the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs for the entire organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR functions, including employee relations, training, recruitment, retention, benefits, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication abilities. Key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and implementing short-term and long-range HR department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Developing, reviewing, implementing, and providing information on the Agency's HR policies and procedures through a manual and other means.
- Designing and coordinating grievance procedures as well as mediating workplace disputes.
- Resolving employee relation issues such as employee complaints and harassment and maintaining the organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish Agency goals and objectives.
- Creating company strategic recruitment and selection plan and being directly involved in the recruiting, hiring, and termination of staff.
