Who We’re Looking For:
• Proven field leadership experience (1–9 years for Level I, 10 for Level II)
• Strong mechanical aptitude & safety mindset
• Comfortable working at heights and in demanding environments
• Skilled in equipment operation, rigging, or specialty tools
• Excellent communicator with the ability to lead under pressure
• Certifications: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, Rigging & Signal (required)
