OMC Director of Nursing
Outstanding position for a highly qualified and dedicated RN to assist the CMO with directing patient care in an outpatient clinic to include triage, preparing patients for provider exam, medication administration, patient education, and assuring compliance with Joint Commission standards, related procedures, and nurse competencies.
A plus for an RN leader and manager to have the following experience: supervisory experience, FQHC, outpatient primary care experience, vaccine administration and management, quality controls, etc.. Applicant must have excellent computer and communication skills, the ability to provide accurate and diligent nursing services, ability to inspire patient satisfaction and their understanding about their health conditions.
Salary based on experience and qualifications with FQHC markets. Great work hours, competitive benefits (if Fulltime). Will work with a great team dedicated to rebuilding a clinic to excellence.
