Are you passionate about patient care? Do you love interacting with people? Come and join our Centralized Business Office team as a Full Time Patient Access Specialist. This is a fully remote position, that is based out of our corporate office in Franklin, TN.

The Centralized Business Office Team is responsible for providing patient access and scheduling appointments for our outpatient imaging centers. The upper levels of this series also include the training, supervision, and management of the Centralized Business Office team members. The overall scope for this series is designed to ensure the management and resources are available to maintain a quality, high functioning, and customer friendly Outpatient Imaging Center.

Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- One (1) year of administrative medical office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to provide documentation accurately & concisely
- Knowledge of medical & radiology terminology
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Ability to professionally interact with managers, co-workers, clients, referring providers, patients, and vendors.
- Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
