Heartland Imaging is currently seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technologist for a Full-Time position at our outpatient imaging centers located in Louisville, KY. The schedule for this position is listed below and qualifies for a $5/hr shift differential for the entire shift!
We are currently seeking a Registered Technologist to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to earn while you learn by taking advantage of our on-the-job training program. While working, you'll have the chance to gain valuable experience and work toward obtaining an additional credential in MR all while getting paid. The schedule for this role includes Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM each week. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who is currently a Diagnostic Technologist and is eager to grow professionally. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

EXPERIENCE:
Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT. Additionally, must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Radiography Technologist
- Must have a minimum associate's degree in Radiology and be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT. Additionally, must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Skill in operation of radiographic equipment as well as applicable ancillary equipment.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
- Demonstrates understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
