Outlook Group is seeking a dedicated Press Assistant to join our Label team on 2nd or 3rd shift. In this role, you will support the Press Operator by catching product as it comes off the press, boxing and palletizing finished goods, and rewinding work.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Press Operator with daily operations
- Cut and glue cores
- Package product and label boxes
- Perform finishing turret operations
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Assist with quality tracking and documentation
- Assist with rework as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds periodically and stand for the majority of the shift
- Comfortable working at a fast pace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to keep the machine running efficiently
