We are seeking an experienced Retail Flooring, Builder Flooring or Commercial Flooring Sales Representative to join an established, fast-growing company offering the best commissions in the industry. Must be a self-motivated, driven individual who can identify potential customers, develop accounts through face-to-face meetings and written proposals for business. In addition to selling, the Builder or Commercial Flooring Sales Representative takes ownership of all project management, including measuring, estimating and being present during delivery and installation. A successful Sales Representative is able to build and maintain effective relationships with field service professionals as well as administrative support staff, while also advocating for the best interests of our customer while maintaining acceptable company profit margins. Previous experience in the flooring industry is highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify prospective customers and respond to requests for proposals in a timely manner
- Maintain contact with the customer after agreements are signed to ensure all work is completed correctly and on time
- Maintain effective relationships with customer accounts
- Conduct job site visits as necessary to ensure proper installation and customer satisfaction

- Experience in the flooring industry preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated team player with strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation commuting to work, prospecting location, job sites, etc.
- Willing and able to learn new products and trade knowledge
