Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Edison, NJ. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing customer billing, processing and monitoring invoices, ensuring timely collection of payments, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires adherence to established credit and collection procedures, as well as communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address accounts-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Financial skills to monitor accounts and assess creditworthiness.
- Proficiency in Invoicing processes and accounts receivable management.
- Experience in Debt Collection and ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Effective Communication skills for resolving customer issues and liaising with internal teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with financial data and reporting.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable roles or within the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
