We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pallet Stacker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing pallets of goods for storage or shipment while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Stack and arrange products on pallets in a stable and secure manner
- Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipping or storage
- Ensure accurate placement of items according to warehouse procedures
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center
- Familiarity with pallet jacks or basic warehouse equipment
Pay: $22.40 - $27.00 per hour
