Position Summary
The Part-Time Evening Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in an office building by performing routine custodial duties in accordance with company standards and best practices.
Job Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, and disinfect restrooms following color-coded cleaning procedures.

Refill paper towel, toilet tissue, soap, and sanitizer dispensers.

Dust and wipe furniture, counters, desks, ledges, and other surfaces.
-
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors and carpets.
-
Empty, clean, and reline trash and recycling containers.
-
Clean glass, mirrors, partition doors, window sills, and blinds.
-
Clean and sanitize sinks, break rooms, and kitchen areas.
-
Wipe walls and remove marks without damaging surfaces.

Maintain a clean and organized janitorial closet.

Follow all chemical usage and safety procedures.

Report or order client supplies as needed.
Physical Requirements
This position requires regular physical activity, including:

Standing and walking for most of the shift.

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bending, reaching, squatting, and twisting.

Lifting up to 40 lbs. (supplies and mop buckets).
Minimum Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must be able to pass a Federal Level 2 background check.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Ability to perform custodial duties independently and safely.

Ability to operate cleaning equipment, including mops, vacuums, backpack vacuums, and other custodial tools.
