Job Description:

As a Commercial Construction Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our company's commercial construction services and enhance our brand presence within the industry. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge. Your creative thinking and strategic approach will be essential in achieving our marketing and business objectives. Request for Proposal (RFP) Writer, you will play a critical role in the business development process by creating well-crafted and compelling proposals that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities in the commercial construction industry. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather the necessary information and craft RFP responses that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. The Office Coordinator plays a role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of our company. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and a strong understanding of construction processes. The Office Coordinator will work closely with project managers, other team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects from an administrative standpoint.

Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives for commercial construction projects.

2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital platforms, trade shows, industry events, and traditional media to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

3. Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant content for marketing materials, including website content, monthly newsletters and social media posts, highlighting the company's expertise in commercial construction and the employees that work here. Meet with and direct photographer for construction completion photos. Design and order jobsite banners. Manage, design and order company SWAG.

4. Digital Marketing: Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media management.

5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for differentiation.

6. Client Engagement: Collaborate with the management team to support client engagement and retention efforts by providing marketing materials, presentations, and information tailored to client needs.

7. Event Management: Coordinate the company's participation in industry events, company gatherings, trade shows, and conferences, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

Request for Proposal Writer

Responsibilities:

1. RFP Analysis: Thoroughly review and analyze incoming RFPs to understand project requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria. Collaborate with internal teams to clarify any ambiguities or seek additional information related to the RFP.

2. Content Development: Create clear, concise, and persuasive written responses to RFP questions, demonstrating the company's expertise, experience, and unique selling points. Craft compelling executive summaries and cover letters that highlight our company's strengths and align with the client's needs.

3. Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and estimators, to gather technical information necessary for proposal content. Translate technical information into easily understandable language for non-technical readers.

4. Value Proposition: Develop content that emphasizes the value proposition of our company, showcasing how our solutions meet and exceed client expectations. Incorporate case studies, project examples, and success stories to illustrate our track record of delivering successful commercial construction projects.

5. Formatting and Presentation: Ensure the proposal is professionally formatted, visually appealing, and well-organized, adhering to company branding guidelines. Use graphics, charts, and visuals to enhance the presentation and clarity of complex information.

6. Quality Assurance: Review and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the RFP requirements. Conduct quality checks on grammar, punctuation, and formatting to deliver error-free proposals.

7. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members to gather information, insights, and technical details necessary for proposal development. Participate in strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop a winning approach for each proposal.

8. Deadline Management: Manage multiple RFPs simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
