SUMMARY

Outlets North Phoenix is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Tech (M1). The M1 job is in charge of carrying out tasks that maintain the property's integrity and worth while offering our clients, tenants, and staff a secure, well-kept environment. The M1position arranges and carries out daily maintenance duties, preventative maintenance tasks, and other responsibilities under the general manager's supervision without excess direction. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain all center equipment and vehicles according to guidelines established by the company. Must be able to change oil, filters, etc., without guidance.
• Maintain all common areas of the center, including the public restrooms and parking lots, trash removal and curb sweeping, to the standards set by the company for acceptable maintenance..
• Operating sweepers, scrubbers, and pressure washer.
• Maintain a safe and very organized maintenance shop, ensuring certain equipment and supplies are easily accessible and in good repair.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all safety procedures established for the center.
• Maintain the misting system – replacing mister heads when not spraying properly.
• Interacts professionally with the public, vendors, and center staff; maintains effective working relationships and works· in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental objectives.
• Insure complete working knowledge and familiarity of all center Emergency Procedures.
• Perform all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• One year of semi-skilled maintenance experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties required
• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

• Valid Driver's License
