What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Manager position at Outlet Center?
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to ensure timely, professional customer communication.
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange shipping and coordinate logistics for outgoing orders, collaborating with carriers and internal teams.
- Schedule deliveries and maintain up-to-date delivery calendars to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Conduct sales calls to existing and prospective customers to promote products, services, and special offers.
- Provide general customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Fluent Spanish and Fluent English is Preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
