Job Summary:
- We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Outlaw Wings, where we serve up crave-worthy wings and a welcoming atmosphere. As a cashier, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests—making a lasting impression by delivering excellent service with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Accurately take orders in person and over the phone using the POS system
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with attention to accuracy and security
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including counters and dining spaces
- Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations when needed
- Ensure quality and completeness for to-go orders
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams for smooth order flow
- Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with restocking, light cleaning duties, and occasional side work
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic math and money-handling skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
