What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder/Fabricator position at Outlaw Industries?
We are looking for a versatile employee whos main job would be production run mig welding and fabricating material that is pre cut and ready to weld. Most welding would be on light guage mild steel. Must be able to read and understand basic drawings and be able to fit up material with a clear understanding of square, plumb etc. Occasionally we will need some stainless steel tig welding and some aluminum welding as well. Our business fabricates high security gates and turnstiles. We will also need someone that is capable of installing these gates in the Colorado Springs area. Some experience with CAD/CAM and running CNC equipment such as a plasma table, a press brake, and a tubing processor would be a plus but not a must.
We will also need you to be able to do things outside of welding. We do a lot of different types of work. Other work that may require your help include palletizing, banding, and shipping material. Installing gates in the Colorado Springs area, installing chain-link fence in the Colorado Springs area. Running a forklift etc.
Most of all we are looking for an employee that is capable of thinking for themselves, likes learning new things and trying to excel at them.
