Bond Bail Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bail Bond Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial services related to bail bonds, assisting clients in navigating the bail process, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial services, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' financial situations and determine eligibility for bail bond services.
• Process loan applications and manage contracts related to bail bonds.
• Utilize financial software to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Conduct thorough assessments of collateral and risk factors associated with each case.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and law enforcement agencies throughout the bail process.
• Ensure compliance with TILA regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
• Perform basic math calculations to assess financial obligations and bond amounts.
• Maintain organized files and documentation using 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry.

Experience

• Previous experience in loan origination, loan processing, or as a loan officer is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial services and contracts is essential.
• Strong basic math skills are required for accurate calculations related to bail amounts.
• Proficiency in using financial software to manage client information and transactions is highly desirable.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
