About the role
As our Chief Revenue Officer you will architect and execute a scalable revenue engine—combining direct enterprise sales, partner ecosystems, and strategic alliance development. You’ll shape our commercial strategy, own the full revenue cycle, and personally engage with fellow CROs at mid-market and enterprise organizations to forge pilot programs, co-innovation deals, and long-term contracts.
Responsibilities
1. Revenue strategy & growth
- Partner in refining the business strategy of Outhink AI to become a leader in our chosen segments.
- Define and refine Outhink.AI’s go-to-market model: sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
- Collectively and for portfolio companies, set quarterly and annual revenue targets; design incentive plans aligned with studio milestones.
- Build repeatable frameworks for market segmentation, pricing, packaging, and renewal.

2. Engaging with partners, customers and their CRO’s
- Lead C-suite outreach- securing introductions, executive briefings, and pilot commitments.
- Leverage peer networks to position Outhink.AI as the AI-venture-studio partner of choice among fellow CROs.
- Design and facilitate outreach events and workshops to showcase Outlook AI and build opportunity flow
- Hands on from the front lines to designing the systems for GTM success
3. Sales and partnership leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales organization (AE’s, SDR’s, Channel Managers).
- Establish and nurture alliances with complementary platforms (CRM, data clouds, SI’s) to co-sell and co-deliver offerings.
- Oversee partner onboarding, joint-marketing programs, and revenue-sharing models.
- Rewire and innovate with AI to redefine customer experiences
4. Revenue opportunity pipeline
- Implement robust CRM processes for pipeline tracking, forecast accuracy, and deal-health diagnostics.
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand-gen campaigns—including ABM, content syndication, and event sponsorship.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate bookings-to-revenue conversion, contract compliance, and revenue recognition
5. Customer success & expansion
- Work closely with Customer Success to drive higher renewal rates, upsells, and expansions.
- Define success metrics (engagement lift, ROI, time-to-value) and monitor client outcomes.
- Institutionalize a “land-and-expand” motion that leverages short-form video recaps, micro-learning, and community building.
Your qualifications
- Proven CRO or VP Sales experience at a software-as-a-service, or venture-studio environment.
- Direct track record of selling to CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, and CROs at mid-market and enterprise accounts ($100 M–$1B ARR).
- Executive presence: Comfortable leading C-suite conversations, facilitating roundtables, and delivering board-level updates.
- Partner ecosystem expertise: Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel and alliance programs.
- Data-driven operator: Strong analytics mindset, proficient with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), revenue dashboards, and sales-forecast processes.
- Builder mindset: Experience developing strategy and systems for scaling sales teams from seed to Series A/B to exit.
- Excellent communication skills: Able to craft compelling narratives—both written and verbal—that resonate with senior executives.
