🌱 The Role
We’re looking for a CEO to serve as our senior growth and operating partner.
This is not a traditional executive role. It is a builder-partner position for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads from the front, and is motivated by equity, upside, and long-term impact.
You will architect and scale our operating system platform across the networked economy, strategic partnerships, and venture expansion—while directly engaging with C-suite leaders, corporate venture teams, and ecosystem partners.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Raise capital to deliver on a vision for a networked economy.
- Architect and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy across sales, partnerships, and alliances in delivering a Venture Operating Flywheel
- Personally engage CEOs, CROs, CMOs, CTOs, and corporate venture leaders to secure pilots and lighthouse accounts
- Build repeatable frameworks for pricing, packaging, market segmentation, and expansion
- Recruit and scale a high-performance growth organization
- Establish and grow strategic alliances with platforms, SIs, and ecosystem partners
- Institutionalize a land-and-expand motion across the venture portfolio
- Apply AI to reimagine customer engagement, revenue operations, and partner collaboration.
🧠 Who You Are
- A proven Go To Market or senior operator in SaaS, platforms, or venture-studio environments
- Raised $10M’s in capital
- Experienced selling complex solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations ($100M–$1B ), B2B, B2B2C.
- A confident C-suite peer with strong executive presence and storytelling ability
- A builder who has scaled businesses from early stage through growth
- Data-driven, systems-oriented, and fluent in modern revenue operations
- Motivated by equity and upside—seeing yourself as a partner, not an employee. This starts as a equity position.
- Energized by shaping the future of AI-enabled business with integrity and impact
