Inventory and Fulfillment Manager
We are looking for a hands-on, highly detail-oriented Inventory & Fulfillment Manager to oversee inventory, product labeling, kit building, order preparation, and fulfillment operations.
This is an on-site position based in Buffalo, NY. The person in this role must be able to work in person at our fulfillment location and be directly involved in the daily handling, organization, and preparation of orders.
This role is critical to ensuring every order is accurate, properly labeled, fully prepared for shipment, and completed according to company standards. The Inventory & Fulfillment Manager will be responsible not only for executing daily fulfillment tasks, but also for managing the process, maintaining accountability, identifying issues, and ensuring operational consistency.
This position sits at the core of our operations and is responsible for building kits, labeling products, generating shipping labels, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring fulfillment runs smoothly with precision and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily inventory counts and track all inventory movements
- Maintain accurate stock levels for medications, peptides, and fulfillment supplies
- Identify discrepancies, low stock, and supply issues before they impact operations
- Print and apply accurate labels to vials, medications, and products
- Build kits based on order requirements, including medications and necessary supplies
- Generate and verify shipping labels for outgoing orders
- Cross-check each order to ensure correct product, dosage, quantity, labeling, and packaging
- Keep the fulfillment workspace clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow and enforce SOPs for handling, labeling, storage, and fulfillment
- Manage the daily fulfillment workflow to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate inventory issues, fulfillment delays, and operational concerns clearly and promptly
Qualifications:
- Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Buffalo, NY
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Experience in inventory, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or operations management preferred
- Able to follow and enforce structured processes consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, accountable, and process-driven
- Strong ability to manage workflows, oversee team execution, and create process improvements that increase fulfillment speed, accuracy, and consistency.
