Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in the process of hiring and training both new and existing employees
- Develop work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and/or shifts
- Prepare and submit reports related to employee operations
- Manage leave requests from employees and general work time-keeping (scheduling)
- Collaborate with the payroll unit to ensure accurate employee settlements
- Work closely with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies efficiently
- May be asked to help fill shifts as necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Extreme reliability and a strong sense of accountability
- CNA license in the state of Indiana
