- Active LPN license in Missouri
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Charge nurse or supervisory experience is a plus—but not required
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a calming presence
- A heart for senior care and teamwork
- Oversee care delivery and supervise CNAs during the night
- Monitor resident health, document changes, and report concerns
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Respond to emergencies and ensure resident safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with oncoming shifts and healthcare team
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and room changes as needed
- Maintain documentation and follow all facility policies and state regulations
