What You’ll Do
- Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations
- Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and regulations
- Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident reviews
- Participate in admissions decisions and interdisciplinary meetings
- Step into DON responsibilities when needed
- Active RN license (Indiana)
- ASN or BSN required
- 5 years long-term care or acute experience preferred
- 2 years nursing supervisory or leadership experience required
