Team Members with experience to join our dynamic team. If you have a
passion for working outdoors and creating stunning landscapes, we want
to hear from you! This is a full-time position located in Mashpee MA.
With the support of the Production Management Teams: Work closely with
Project Managers, Foremen and crew to follow project plans and
instructions to install landscape construction projects. Operate a
variety of hand and power tools, including drills, saws, skid loaders,
and other tools and equipment required for hardscape both safely and
efficiently. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by handling and
storing materials properly, picking up and removing all tools and
equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
Ability to work effectively with individuals of different backgrounds,
knowledge, and skill levels Collaborate with crew leader and team
members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Always
represent Outerland\'s best interest and maintain the highest standards
of integrity and professionalism. Requirements: Previous experience in
construction preferred (will train the right candidate) For
foreman-level positions, 3-5 years\' experience in the landscape
construction field and prior experience managing a crew is required.
Ability to lift 80lbs ; work outside in inclement weather; bending,
squatting, lifting, reaching Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts and
Saturdays If Needed (overtime Available) Dependability And Reliability
showing up on time to support your team and maintaining a dedication to
providing the best services possible to our clientele Valid Driver?s
License w/acceptable driving record (has DOT card or ability to obtain
DOT card) Valid Hoisting License and/or the ability to obtain a 2A/1C
