Description:OuterBox is searching for a Senior A.I. Integration Strategist to focus on solution development using a combination of modern web application frameworks and AI. You will work with clients to envision, create, extend and maintain custom tools and applications by integrating various AI and other necessary APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, often utilizing Model-Context Platforms (MCPs) for streamlined deployment and governance. Additionally, this role involves developing automations with SQL, JavaScript and Python to streamline data ETL processes, manage scripts and cloud functions, and ensure seamless API integration across all solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Project Leadership and Technical Mentorship: Lead client and internal projects, providing technical mentorship, guidance to the development team, and consultation on AI solution architecture and development best practices to ensure project excellence.AI Solution Design and Interface Strategy: Design and architect intuitive, high-performance, AI-enhanced tools and applications. Focus on creating seamless user interfaces using modern web application frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) to maximize user adoption of AI capabilities.Generative AI API Integration and Architecture: Architect, build, extend, and maintain custom applications by integrating APIs from leading generative AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Utilize specialized frameworks and Model-Context Platforms (MCPs) for streamlined AI embedding, deployment, and governance.AI Solutions Development and Automation: Drive the integration of AI technologies to create robust, AI-driven solutions for automation and process improvement. Develop automations using languages like JavaScript and Python, focusing on building and maintaining efficient serverless solutions, particularly Cloud Functions, to significantly boost efficiency.Data Management and ETL Streamlining: Develop and implement automations using SQL, JavaScript, and Python to streamline data Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. Work with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL) to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of data foundational to AI applications.Technical Problem-Solving and API Management: Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues related to AI integration and application function. Ensure continuous, smooth operation through seamless API management for all AI-integrated applications and web components.Documentation and Diagramming: Create and maintain clear, precise, and accessible documentation for code, AI workflows, system behaviors, and processes, ensuring technical documentation is readily available for the team and stakeholders.Innovation and DevOps Optimization: Experiment with emerging AI technologies and modern DevOps principles to contribute to streamlining deployment pipelines and improving application management. Continuously monitor industry trends to integrate cutting-edge tools and practices, and optimize application performance within cloud environments, including efficient service utilization and message queue handling.Other duties, as assigned.Requirements:4 years of relevant experience preferredBasic proficiency in React and Next.js for frontend development.Solid JavaScript and Python skills for automations and scripting.Familiarity with Generative AI APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.Understanding of generative AI frameworks like LangChain.Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, especially Cloud Functions.Basic experience with Supabase and PostgreSQL for database management.Problem-solving abilities to tackle technical challenges.Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to document processes and present findings clearly.Effective communication with the ability to break down technical ideas and concepts for non-technical stakeholders including Customers.Engineering experience at a digital marketing agency would be a plus but is not required.Physical DemandsPrimarily involves sitting at a desk and using a computer for extended periods of time.Light physical activity is also required, such as carrying equipment or setting up for presentations.Requires a high level of mental focus and the ability to work under pressure.Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and the ability to use a computer for extended periods are required.Work Authorization/RequirementsWe are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.TravelLimited travel of 10% may be required to our headquarters or to client offices.
